Care Instruction

A duvet cover is strongly recommended for a silk comforter. The cover doesn’t affect the softness and functions of the silk comforter at all. The best care for a silk comforter is to air it out on the balcony under indirect sunlight for a few hours. It helps retain its lightness and fluffiness. Only do spot cleaning by hand with gentle detergent if necessary. However, if you have to clean the comforter, professional cleaning for silk is a possibility. For our machine-washable series silk comforter, wash in cold & gentle cycle, use gentle detergent, dry flat, iron low heat.

Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Please return the package within 30 days on receipt. If the first tracking status online is more than 30 days, we will have to charge you at least 10% restocking fee due to the actual shipping date. (Please tell us if it is difficult for you to return the item in time, then no restocking fee charged.)

2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

3. Exchange or refund will be sent to you within 3-5 business days after we receive it.
